Coreless GW linear motor construction results in zero attraction force
The GW linear servo motor’s moving coil has no iron content and is made of resin-moulded motor windings. The stationary magnet track is made of two nickelised steel plates with accurately placed rare-earth magnets on each side.

Iron core FW linear motors are composed of moving coils with laminated iron-core and single-sided, stationary magnet tracks. The coil unit is encapsulated in a thermally conductive resin body to give structural rigidity.

TW linear motors are composed of moving coils with a laminated iron-core and a pair of magnet tracks. The unique construction negates the effects of magnetic attraction force between the relative motor parts (balanced design).

The LET-LA linear sliders are based on the SGLFW iron-cored linear motors. With the aid of the outstanding "automatic motor recognition" technology, start up of the sliders takes less than 15 minutes. The sliders are available in two versions, one without a cover and one with a complete cover.
